If it has anything to do with wine, we want to know about it!

can anyone who has visited the napa valley please share how to best taste at wineries there? is it really $20-$50+ pp p winery to taste only a few of their basic wines? is there a list of costings for each winery somewhere or a better tactic for learning and enjoying about their wine? (My husband and I plan to be there for about 4 days mid August this year) - thanks anyone for better knowledge that I seem to be getting off the internet :)

Try the Hawk Wakawaka blog for very comprehensive info on Californian wines and wineries...also wines in general and great pictures!
