I have had the pleasure of dining here twice in a week. A degustation menu (99 Euro, 8 courses with extras) is well paced and the intricate detail in each dish is superb, as is the balance.

The wine list is reasonably extensive (French by region, of course) with only a few by the glass. A range of classed growths sit alongside more modest offerings, and prices range from E60 to many hundreds. Glassware is also elegant and sufficiently capacious, and of course matched with each wine.

Service is impeccable, headed by the stately Francois (a Burgundian) and formal but friendly. The setting is a small luxury hotel in the middle of the countryside (small farm mostly).

Both nights have been about E200 per head including some very good wines, without going over E200 per bottle.

Sensational, and you might guess that I highly recommend it if you're in this part of the world.
